Customise your Plan by counting the number of Family Entities
How many Individuals in your family hold wealth that you wish to track?
We don't recommend counting your Children in this number. Adult children can be set up as users in the family so they can access your family wealth (or parts of it that you can define) should you wish.
How many Self Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) does your family have?
We only want the number of SMSFs and not the member beneficiaries of the SMSFs. If your super is in any other type of superannuation fund, it can be categorised as an Asset within HeirWealth.
How many Trusts does your family control?
These are trusts that your family controls such as Discretionary Trusts (Family Trusts), Unit Trusts, Bare Trusts, Testamentory Trusts etc. DO NOT include Charitable Trusts in this section as we ask you about these later on.
How many private Investment Companies does your family control?
These are companies that have the sole purpose of investment. DO NOT include trustee companies as this information can be recorded against the trust in HeirWealth. Also DO NOT include Trading companies as these can be set up as a Private Company asset within HeirWealth.
How many Chartiable Trusts, Public Ancillary Funds or Private Ancillary Funds does your family have established?
We allow 1 free charitable entity in our pricing plans so you don’t get any extra charges for being charitable.

Only the primary controller of an HeirWealth account can cancel their subscription at anytime.
HeirWealth does not offer any refunds (full or partial). Keep in mind that once you cancel you will no longer have access to your HeirWealth account.

Before cancelling, we ask that you consider the following:
*Export any important data as you will immediately lose access on cancellation.
*All users associated with the family will also lose access.
We’d be sorry to see you go, but if you decide to cancel you can do so at any time.
Whilst only a primary account holder can cancel an account, any user/member associated with a group, can also delete their profile at anytime.
HeirWealth does not offer any refunds (full or partial).
Keep in mind that once a primary account holder cancels an HeirWealth subscription, access will still be available until the end of your billing period. For example, this means if you have paid for a monthly or annual subscription, you will have access until the end of that billing cycle.

If you need to change the number of users associated with your account, you can do so at anytime.
Primary controllers are able to add or delete users and change their permissions within the user section of the family group page.

However we may share deidentified customer data with trusted third parties that assist us in delivering and improving the HeirWealth app.
These service providers are contractually bound to protect the confidentiality and security of your deidentified personal information.

Your personal data is securely stored in a Microsoft Azure cloud database, which is located in the country where you registered your HeirWealth account.
This means if you signed up in Australia, your data will be stored in Australia.
