HeirWealth appoints high-profile Advisory Board

Australian wealthtech platform, HeirWealth, has announced the appointment of five senior industry leaders, including Geoff Llyod, Connie McKeage, Jason Nyilas, Daniel Baldovin and Jeff Hall to the HeirWealth Advisory Board.

Fellow Board member and HeirWealth CEO Ray Tubman said the newly formed Advisory Board brings extensive financial services and technology experience to HeirWealth at a critical time in the companyโ€™s growth phase and will further strengthen the platformโ€™s focus on B2C and B2B markets in Australia and the United Kingdom.

โ€œIโ€™m pleased to announce the formation of the HeirWealth Advisory Board and the appointment of Geoff Lloyd as our Chairperson,โ€ said Mr Tubman at the companyโ€™s official launch event in Sydney on Friday May 24.

โ€œThis is a Board that truly understands the challenges that many families and professional advisers face as part of the countryโ€™s $3.5 trillion intergenerational wealth transfer[1] including administrative inefficiencies and managing both traditional and non-traditional asset across multiple tools,โ€ said Mr Tubman.

โ€œHeirWealth is the only platform that provides people with visibility and management of over 40 asset classes from shares and property to digital currencies and even prized collectibles,โ€ he said.

About the Advisory Board

Mr Geoff Lloyd has over 30 yearsโ€™ experience in wealth management, advice, private banking, broking, asset management, superannuation and platforms. He has held roles as Group Executive for Wealth at St George, Group Executive for Advice and Private Banking Westpac, and CEO of Perpetual and MLC.

Ms Connie McKeageโ€™s career spans broking investment management and taking businesses from start up to grown up.  Connie is an award-winning financial services leader having won the Women in Finance CEO of the Year in 2018 and 2020, Woman of the Year in 2019 and the Centenary Medal for her contribution to Australian Business Leadership. Connie is also dedicated to changing childrenโ€™s lives through the McKeage Cole Foundation.

Mr Daniel Baldovin has over 20 years of experience in financial services, predominately in the accounting and taxation area, assisting clients and businesses as a Virtual CFO and Advisor across industry sectors. Daniel has helped many start-ups over the years, from initial setup to their capital raising activities as well as acting on boards as Company Secretary. He has held roles as Director and Head of Tax Advisory at Chapman Eastway, Executive Director at CE Capital, Senior Manager at BDO and Manager at PKF Chartered Accountants and Business Adviser

Mr Jeff Hall is the Head of Asia Pacific at GBST, a leading global provider of wealth management and advice solutions. Hall has previously served as Sales Director for SS&C Technologies and holding key C-Suite positions at both Bravura Solutions and Midwinter Financial Services. His extensive background includes senior roles in wealth management and banking at EY, Macquarie Bank, and Accenture.

Mr Jason Nyilas has over 35 years of international experience in financial services, specialising in wealth management, pensions and digital technology. He has held roles as Australian Head of Retirement and Digital Innovation at abrdn, IBMสผs Global Wealth Management and Pensions Leader and as partner at EY in the financial services practices in Australia and overseas.
