We exist to help families and their trusted advisers better manage the complexity of wealth transfers, and create timeless legacies.

Being an executor of a family estate is often stressful and emotionally taxing – we get it!

It’s this very problem that prompted our founder Ray Tubman to start HeirWealth after challenges in managing his father’s modest wealth following his passing.

There were bank accounts with multiple institutions, passwords written on scraps of paper, share portfolios that no one knew about and prized collectables that all needed attention.

The experience left Ray wondering how his wife and children would manage his more complex financial affairs when the time called for it.

And so he began talking to peers about how they kept track of their assets and he discovered they relied on fragmented and often insecure tools with anything from excel spreadsheets to cloud storage to accounting software.

Essentially there was no single solution that catered for everything they needed or which eased the administration load around recording assets.

And so in 2022, the wealthtech entrepreneur got to work designing, recruiting and developing HeirWealth, a platform that is made for individuals, family offices and advisers – all in the name of bringing harmony and creating timeless legacies.

HeirWealth helps people fill in the gaps and remove administrative inefficiencies in managing complex wealth as well as opening opportunities for advisers and families to embark on intergenerational wealth transfers with confidence.

And we think Ray’s Dad would like it too!
